Dear my friends:

The NGO "Human Rights without Frontiers" is now having an on-line petition to support Taiwan's applicaiton for UN membership. Taiwan as an independent
country but has being unfairly excluded from the international society for
many years because of China's pressure. The task of going back UN is never
an easy one and we've been trying for so many years. And yes of course we
know all our efforts may fail again this year and probably many years ahead,
still we refuse to give up.
